The purpose of vacuum pumps

文字:[大][中][小]2023/12/20    浏览次数:
A vacuum pump is used to vacuum the refrigeration system, removing air and moisture from the system. When installing and repairing the air conditioning refrigeration system, a certain amount of air will enter the refrigeration system. The air contains a certain amount of water vapor, which can cause ice blockage in the expansion valve of the refrigeration system, increase condensation pressure, and cause corrosion of system components. Therefore, after maintenance of the refrigeration system, before adding refrigerant, the refrigeration system should be evacuated. The thoroughness of vacuum pumping will affect the normal operation of the system. Vacuum pumping does not directly extract water from the system, but rather lowers the boiling point of water by creating a vacuum in the system, causing it to boil at a lower temperature before being extracted from the system in the form of steam.
